We care about your customers. Our onsite member call center is staffed with passionate and helpful English and Spanish speaking representatives who explain how to use the benefits, verify discounts, and assist with complaint resolution. We take ownership of each call and encourage our team to take every appropriate step necessary to satisfy the member's request.

We take member engagement to the next level with our member website MyMemberPortal.com. Members can view instructions to learn how to use their benefits. They can easily share their experiences, search for participating providers, and nominate providers. MyMemberPortal.com is also available on mobile devices and tablets.


DISCLOSURES

This discount card program is NOT insurance, not intended to replace insurance, and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under the Affordable Care Act or Massachusetts M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CRM 5.00. It contains a 30-day cancellation period, provides discounts only at the offices of contracted health care providers, and each member is obligated to pay the discounted medical charges in full at the point of service.
