The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing all printing and fulfillment equipment including but not limited to printers, insertion equipment, laminating machines, and cutters. The Fulfillment Specialist is also responsible for responding to all urgent maintenance and facilities calls, including but not limited to, minor plumbing issues and minor electrical repairs.
Print Services (approx. 80%)
Maintain proper paper and toner levels in all printing equipment
Supervise equipment to ensure accurate completion of folding and insertion work orders
Load, align and operate laminating machine to verify quality and ensure timely completion of membership cards
Handle and complete postage requirements of all mail distribution
Monitor machines for problems and troubleshoot any fulfillment equipment malfunctions
Change fuses on machines when necessary
Request repair orders from third party vendors as needed
Drive company vehicle to collect or deliver packages as needed
Adhere to Department of Transportation laws and company safety standards
Load, unload, prepare and inspect shipments
Facilities Management (approx. 20%)
Respond to miscellaneous building maintenance requests
Resolve plumbing issues
Hang various office artwork
Assist with cubicle set-up

Education and Experience:
High school diploma required
A valid driver's license (clean driving record) is required
Experience in warehouse environments, fulfillment departments, facility maintenance, or other related positions preferred

Occasional use of ladders in excess of 10 feet
