The Back-End Developer works independently or as a team member to analyze user requirements, design systems to satisfy requirements, and implement designs using best practices within the ext.JS framework. Additionally, the Back-End Web Developer will need to be able to work on a .net framework with 5-10 years of experience.

College or University degree
API design and development
CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
RESTful Services
Server-side languages like PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, and .Net
Database technologies like MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Web server technologies like Node.js, J2EE, Apache, Nginx, ISS, etc.
Frameworks related to their server-side language of choice like: Express.js, Ruby on Rails, CakePHP, etc.
Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support
Understand and apply general architectural specifications
Review new technologies as applicable solutions to new or existing problems
Applied knowledge of S.O.L.I.D design principals
5 - 10 years of professional experience developing web-based applications
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of ext.js (as we are transitioning from this)
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
Experience working with source control systems such as Git, BitBucket or Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Experience building PaaS systems using Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS is a plus but not required
Exposure to Scrum is a plus not required
